AlbertaWeb.Design ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

- Project details and requirements you share with us
- Any other information you choose to provide through our contact form
We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our website:

How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and project requests
- Provide our web design and digital growth services
- Improve our website and services
- Send occasional communications about our services (you can opt out at any time)
- Comply with legal obligations
AI voice, captions and consultations
The AI assistant panel opens automatically once per browser tab. Your browser controls microphone permission. You can close it, mute sound, use captions and typing without a microphone, or open the separate silent chat. When connected, OpenAI processes audio and typed messages in the cloud. We do not record raw audio or permanently save conversation captions on our servers. Captions remain in the current panel only; they do not transfer to the separate chat.
If you confirm an enquiry, we email your contact details and project summary through Resend. Confirmed request details are kept in Upstash Redis for 30 minutes to handle retries and saved in our private Vercel Blob lead store so the team can follow up. We also use temporary counters and hashed network identifiers to limit abuse. When Google Calendar booking is connected, a confirmed appointment stores your name, email and project summary in the business calendar and requests an invitation to your email. Mailbox and calendar records remain available to the business for handling your request. Contact us about access or deletion.
Vercel hosts the website. OpenAI, Upstash, Google Workspace and Resend process the relevant information under their respective service policies. Cloud processing is not local-only.
Free downloads and optional email updates
When you request a free kit, we save your email, optional first name, source site, request time and marketing preference in Elevate Vision Digital's private Vercel Blob storage. Marketing opt-in is optional and separate from receiving the download. We keep the consent wording and any unsubscribe request so we can apply your preference to future mailing lists. Use the preference link supplied after signup or contact us to withdraw consent or request deletion. The downloaded workbook keeps its entries in your browser; those workbook entries are not sent to us.
Data protection
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate our website:
- Cloudflare — for hosting, security, and performance
- Resend — for sending email communications
These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your data.
Your rights
